Sandeep (like all the main players in our firm) is a multi-tasker. Besides his KRA's, Sandeep also looks after the logging departments to ensure information validity, backlogs and processing delays. Between his two mobiles, the office phones and emails, he actually manages to get work done.

An excellent networker, Manish tends to forget that he's calling up for payments and ends up chatting about everything else under the sun! Jokes apart, a happy co-worker who manages the most painful tasks with a smile, Manish is an extremely effective manager.

A quiet and extremely effective multi-tasker, Vikas is the perfect back-up who keeps work going smoothly no matter which person in our office is tied up or indisposed. Besides fulfilling his tasks, Vikas ensures that all the other task sheets in office are also completed in time without alarm bells ringing.

An effective outdoor work coordinator, Chetan handles operations outside the office that are required to support the backend operations.

A dedicated techie who's also spent a lot of time in the media monitoring field, Partha builds the systems that run our business - one of the reasons we are able to roll out new services quickly and efficiently.

Besides the main people mentioned above, we have 30 other people working in shifts. Odd as it may sound, as we work smarter, we're able to provide comprehensive media coverage with optimised systems and processes. Dedicated & systematic management does make a difference.
